Cops Say Lindsay's Going To Die

Turns out, not only are friends of Lindsay worried about Lindsay, but the cops are too! TMZ reports:

Cops who see Lindsay at her worst -- late nights and early mornings when she needs assistance avoiding the paparazzi -- tell TMZ they have been concerned about her "erratic behavior" and "attitude," which have grown progressively worse over the last few months.
We're told during one of Lindsay's crazier nights out recently, cops became so concerned they discussed taking her in for a 5150 evaluation. Cops decided against it because she didn't meet all the criteria for a 5150 -- they felt she could still take care of herself, though feebly.

So basically, rehab didn't do anything, and everything else wasn't a wake up call to change her wayward ways. The only mystery left is where is she getting all her money from to spend on stuff?

Turns out Sandra Bullock is definitely divorcing Jesse James. Its over! Popeater says:

“It’s over,” a friend of Bullock tells me. “After everything that has happened, it is impossible for them to get back together, even though I’m sure she still loves the man she thought he was.”
Sandra is already back in the Hollywood Hills home she lived in before her marriage and never sold. Neighbors remarked about all the activity at the house with cars coming and going in the last few days.
“Sandra has returned home to face the problem head-on. She isn’t the sort of woman to bury her head in the sand and hope everything will go away,” said an insider. “As painful as this is going to be, expect Sandra to cut out the cancer very soon.”

How do you cheat on a woman who you can share 100 million in fortune with? Of course, granted, brains shouldn't be put in to this equation because Jesse James doesn't have any.
