Jakey on Heath's death: "I don't really like talking about it. That period of time was...it was difficult. He was very sensitive. He didn't always have a sense of performance in his everyday life. He knew who he was. I think actors very often, they know how to present something, and that's part of their job. I think he was just really sensitive. We often used to do a lot of things together, because people were very interested in him and I think we felt safe together. Even when we did Brokeback and stuff, it was like my work was the only thing that mattered to me. It was like I could only understand or define myself through doing that. Life, I didn't totally understand. And I think I was afraid of life. And I had success in my work, enough success that you could keep going back there. But after that happened...I think I recognized that it was work. And I recognized that this is for real."

Jakey on being single: "It's...it's okay.... It goes in either direction. I think it's important for every man to find the right woman and every woman to find the right man.... Who am I to say what the most important thing in life is? The best answer I could give to any of those things is that I really don't know. Particularly right now in my life."

Mario Lopez is so body-obsessed, he persuaded his beautiful girlfriend, Courtney Mazza, to undergo rigorous personal training and encouraged surgery to get her into even better shape. Sources say friends of Mazza are concerned that the image-conscious n"Extra" host started nudging her to perfect her already amazing looks once they got together. They met in 2008 while appearing together in the Broadway revival of "A Chorus Line" and started dating the next year when Mazza moved to Burbank, Calif. She's expecting their baby in September.

One source told us, "Mario is obsessed with his image. He spends a lot of time working out, and he expects his girlfriend to do the same. Even his new book is called 'Extra Lean.'

"Courtney was engaged to a guy in Queens before she met Mario, but once they got together she dropped everything to go to California and be with him," the source said. "He encouraged her to work out with a trainer every day. She underwent a boob job and liposuction last spring. Once her body was perfect, he arranged for them to be photographed on a beach."

Terrified Amy Winehouse has been rushed to hospital with agonising pains from her boob implants. The 26-year-old Rehab singer was kept in overnight while doctors carried out urgent tests. She is now waiting to discover whether she must undergo corrective surgery - or even have the 32D implants removed.

A family friend said: "Amy was in agony and became convinced it was something to do with her boobs.

"She thought she would leave it for a while but the pain got worse. She went into the clinic on Thursday and they kept her under observation. She is waiting for a decision on whether the implants have to come out or not."

Lindsay Lohan  pulled a fast one on the crowd at Nylon's 11th-anniversary party at Trousdale in Los Angeles. The troubled starlet showed up in a skin-tone, studded mini dress, but worked up such a sweat dancing that she ended up changing into a black and white back-up dress an hour later.
