Paris was with a creep she hangs with -- aka 'the coke dealer to the stars' -- and was in a nasty mood. She's a mess lately, out partying every night since her breakup with Doug Reinhardt. Actually, Paris is out of control herself, but she's better than Lindsay at hiding it."

When Lindsay arrived at Adrian's house, the bullies pounced! Paris whispered to her [drug dealer friend], and he started firing insults like: "OH, LOOK!...HERE COMES DRUGGIE GIRL!"

Said the source: "Paris laughed, egged him on. They ragged Lindsay until she fled to the restroom -- and locked herself in!"

Like wolves on a rabbit, Pairs and her friend "began pounding on the door, taunting Lindsay -- asking if she was 'okay in there'? ... and, 'Do you need anything?...Snort once for yes, twice for no!' Cruel, sarcastic crap like that."

On her celebrity status:
"She can't write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media. That's a fame-whore to me. It's just not cool at all."

On her relationship with her sisters:
"Jealousy is a big thing" with Kim, he says, revealing that when he knew her, Kim would "do whatever it takes" in order to get ahead.

On accusations he abused her:
It's just absolutely not true," he says, adding that Kim never filed for a restraining order or a protective order throughout their marriage, and simply accused him of abuse in order to get "a lot of money" out of him.

On her plastic surgeries:
She convinced him to finance extravagant shopping sprees and extensive plastic surgery -- including a boob job and liposuction. "She wanted to have that lifestyle," he explains. "She wanted to be what she ultimately became."

On why they really divorced:
He saw her on the cover of a magazine on a date with Jennifer Lopez's ex, Cris Judd. "I saw my wife with another man, wearing the clothes that we had just bought after her lipo," he says. "It was not something as a husband you ever wanted to see."

Sources tell TMZ Michael -- who demanded to see Lindsay Wednesday or else -- will not make good on his threat. We're told Michael's Lawyer, Lisa Bloom, had a pretty lengthy telephone conversation last night with Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay's lawyer.
We're told the lawyers are trying to resolve the conflict short of Michael taking legal action.
