You've got to agree with me. Lady Gaga looks decent enough to be allowed in public in this outfit. Frankly, I'm a little disappointed by the lack of crazy here. What the hell is going on? Was the crowd surf traumatic for her?

Hayden Panetierre Got A New Tattoo

Hayden got a new tattoo. If its a word, we hope she doesn't get the Rihanna treatment. From New York Daily News:

We'd love to know the location of Hayden Panettiere's new tat. A source at the Lollapalooza music fest in Chicago  tells us that the popchips lounge there was closed to all other VIPs for three hours Sunday so Panettiere could get a new tattoo from the ink artist in residence. No word on what design the wild child chose, but Panettiere was overheard saying she was celebrating her birthday "a little early." (She turns 21 on Aug. 21.)

Would be funny if she did huh.
