Rihanna's House Suffered Major Price Loss

Rihanna is selling her Beverly Hills home at a $2.6 million loss. She bought the house for $6.9 million for the 10-bedroom abode two years ago. She claims that it was so poorly built that it leaks water and is virtually uninhabitable. According to the Daily Mail:

Estate agents listing the property have described it as 'major fixer' with 'extensive damage from moisture and water intrusion' at the roof, windows, doors and balconies.
Rihanna, 23, is suing the former owner of the 8,500sq ft home as well as her estate agent and the property inspector who looked over the home before she bought it.
In a lawsuit filed in August she claimed the home was 'laden with construction defects'.

The interior was gorgeous, but I guess there's only so much leakage one can take.

Heidi Montag wishes her nails were THAT expensive

Heidi Montag went shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday and got Chanel nail art done so she could walk around with her hands up in her face and gawk with her huge heavy chin while she did it. For those of you who have been investing in Chanel, you might want to consider favoring a new brand. Chanel's stocks will plunge. They chose the worst human billboard to put their label on. Unless Heidi made them do it. I'm looking out for a statement by Chanel saying they did not use Heidi to endorse their brand. Cos I am never stepping into Chanel again for now.
