The Bones star admitted last year that he cheated on his wife, former Playboy playmate Jaime Bergman, which he now tells TV Week ended up being “a bonding experience, in the long run.”
“In a sacred ground like marriage, you find yourself out of it at certain times for reasons unknown that can be destructive,” he says. “There could be a demon that kind of comes out and overtakes you.”

In a boneheaded PR stunt that backfired, "Bones" star David Boreanaz brought wife Jaime and their two kids to the set on the very day headlines suddenly screamed that he'd been sued for sexual harassment by former show extra Kristina Hagan! Desperate to prove all's hunky-dory on the home front, Boreanaz had eyes rolling when he announced to cast and crew that he'd brought Jaime and the kids by to snuff ugly rumors that his marriage was in trouble.

Said my witness: "Then the couple acted overly affectionate, but it was all for show. David was kissing Jaime's neck, wrapping his arms around her affectionately...just being overly attentive." David's "happily married" masquerade failed to fool anyone, said the source. Coworkers laughed and whispered nonstop behind the star's back -- but "we all felt sorry for Jaime because everyone knows David has messed around with extras on the set for years."(Print Edition - 8/16)

The suit also claims David was driving with Kristina in September, 2009 and told her he was “the boss” and that he could “make things happen for her.”
The suit claims David then parked his car, and “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away.” The suit then alleges Boreanaz “unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.“
Another encounter allegedly occurred with Hagan in David’s trailer on September 29, according to the docs. Once again Hagan claims Boreanaz grabbed, kissed, and fondled her — and then “masturbated in front of her.”

And although she denies a sexual affair, RadarOnline.com reached two sources who say it did happen.
A source exclusively told RadarOnline.com, "Boreanaz turned up at an Easter party at the house with another guy and he ended-up staying the night. Gina had the master bedroom and suite at the house and I saw him walking around (not fully dressed) the following morning. I had the room next-door and could hear them laughing and giggling. Gina told me after he left that he was a 'really cute and fun guy'.
"On another occasion one of my friends drove them to the Guys And Dolls nightclub, and I saw him at the house on at least three more occasions after that.

The Bones star, who recently admitted to having an extra-marital affair with an unnamed woman, and who also has a hot affair with Tiger Woods’ mistress Rachel Uchitel, is now being linked to a third woman: porn star Gina Rodriguez. And RadarOnline.com has an eyewitness who saw Boreanaz and Rodriguez together at her house, go into her bedroom several times.

And although [Rodriguez] denies a sexual affair, RadaraOnline.com reached two sources who say it did happen. "Marty Singer attempted to contact a woman who had a romantic relationship with David Boreanaz. She then retained me," Allred says in a statement.
"I then contacted Mr. Singer on her behalf to find why Mr. Singer was calling her. We discussed the possible resolution of my client's legal claims against Mr. Boreanaz by mediation. My client has not told her story to the press, but now that Mr. Boreanaz is attacking her, she has decided to tell the story of their relationship, so that the truth will come out."
Allred then drops any pretense of politeness: "This baseless attack by David Boreanaz and his highly paid legal mouth piece in an apparent effort to divert attention from his client's extramarital infidelity will not succeed. If they think that I or my client will be intimidated they are wrong."
Singer's not having any of it, however.
"On April 23, the woman left a very threatening message that she was going to the media, that my client had not given her enough money," he retorts. "It is true I did leave a message for the woman because of the extortionist threat she left with my client. On Monday, I received a call from Gloria Allred and she told me the woman was looking to get paid at least six figures."

"He was attracted to Rachel and asked her for her number," an insider says. "She gave him her card, and he texted her that night to have a drink with him. She went, and they had a major connection." Since that time, the two saw each other once a month in N.Y.C. or L.A., and spoke on the phone or via text message regularly.

"Even though their romance was long-distance, when together, the chemistry was electric," claims the print media. The insider chimes in, "David would walk in the door, and they'd have sex right away. He told her, 'Every time I have sex with you is like the first time'."

"The final straw for Rachel came when David was in the delivery room with Jaime for their daughter's birth on Aug. 31," Star Magazine reports. And the insider adds, "He was on the phone with Rachel, giving updates. That grossed her out, because she felt that should have been private."
