Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's electric bill is gonna be through the roof this Xmas -- TMZ has learned the couple is spending $7,500 to light and decorate their L.A. mansion for the Holidays.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... G&T placed an order with A-1 Christmas Trees and Lights in L.A. on Tuesday -- purchasing two twelve-foot Christmas trees ... and a whole mess of lights for their house ... totaling approximately $7,500.

On Tom Brady's son:
"I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that, but to me it's not like because somebody else delivered him, that's not my child. I feel it is, 100 percent. I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that's important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine."

On finding out Bridget Moynahan was pregnant:
"In the beginning you're living this romantic fantasy; you're thinking, This can't be true, it's so good! And then, Whoops--wake-up call!" She rolls her eyes. "We were dating two and a half months when he found out, and it was a very challenging situation. Obviously, in the beginning, it's not the ideal thing."

On why she's glad she stayed in the relationship:
"I wouldn't have seen the integrity in him--the way he was a good person through all the times. I was like, You have the heart in a good place! It made me feel more in love with him; it made me realize who he was. Our relationship has become so much stronger, and I think I wouldn't be as certain as I am today if it weren't for that."

The ceremony -- which began at dusk -- was "very small and intimate," a source tells Us, adding that guests mostly consisted of immediate family. Brady's son with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, was also present.
(Fitting, as Bundchen once described her ideal wedding as "a simple ceremony...I don't like parties, I prefer something more intimate, just for the closest people.")

"He asked and she accepted," a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE. Family and friends were informed over the weekend. An official announcement, as well as preliminary wedding details, are being planned by Bündchen and her closest friends this week.
"The couple is discussing a huge fashionista event in the spring or a more intimate and quicker ceremony in Costa Rica, where Gisele has a home," the source adds.
